Shipping prices apply only to the US and Canada. We ship many orders to other countries but you will need to call or email us your address as well as the products you would like to purchase and we will supply you with the exact rates for several types of delivery. Your choices and prices will vary depending on how quickly you would like to receive the product.

USPS – First Class, Priority or express. It’s your choice.

Refunds for returned Jewelry within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days of the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a $6 check for the return shipping, unless you have received RA # from us for a manufacture problem or a mistake on our part, in which case we will pay the return shipping.
If you have an item that has broken or needs restringing please include as much of the original item as possible i.e. Sterling Silver letters, numbers and crystals. Please know that you may be charged for items needed to restring or repair your jewelry.
Please include a detailed note, along with an original receipt or Explanation of your Purchase if at an Expo. Please insert a note indicating the item you would like shipped back to you and any sizing changes you may need, along with your return address, phone number and email address.

Once your item has been received a REFUND will be issued to the method of payment. Please include a detailed note describing reason for return, along with an original receipt. The original shipping charges are not refundable.

Manufacturing Problems:
If you feel that there is a manufacturer defect in your item we first need to review the item. Mail it back to us with the original receipt and include a detailed note. Once reviewed for any possible defects we will refund your item if it qualifies, or replace it if in stock.

Additional Terms: If an item breaks as a result of regular wear and use within 90 days of purchase, please mail all pieces back to Milestones Jewelry and we will re-string the item at no charge other than the cost for any materials needed to restring or replace missing parts. We will ship your item back to you at our expense.
